Our Mission

Engaged as the retained and exclusive Talent Partner to rapidly build a sales presence and coverage model to drive their Cognitive Artificial Intelligence and Automation platform into the European market. We recruited over 30 global hires across Sales and Pre-sales in the UK, Germany, France, Spain, Sweden, Netherlands and the US. This was a hybrid search solution where we ran the entire recruiting process from defining the critical hiring plan through to search, selection and securing candidates.

What we delivered:

  • Extensive talent pipelining activity across Europe
  • Contributed to driving brand awareness in the region with proactive recruiting activity, whilst educating the talent market during early adoption of Cognitive AI and Automation
  • We interviewed every candidate in-person to create a better candidate experience and assessment outcome
  • Strong ratios of Interview:Hire which were very close to 1:1 across the region
  • Created the sales presence in Germany, Spain and France, in addition to increasing the sales headcount to UK, Netherlands and US
