Founded in 2014, Lengoo (Series B funded) are leaders within the German LSP market, having served over 3,000 businesses globally. By using an internal proprietary Interactive Modelling Loop framework, Lengoo custom-train the most powerful neural machine translation models and pair them with the world’s top translators. They enable companies to more effectively translate 3x faster and at half the cost compared to traditional translation methods.
BoxHill’s Mandate / Mission / Scope
There was an urgency to fulfil an aggressive headcount plan in a highly competitive language translation market within Berlin, enabling Lengoo to further fuel their hypegrowth. Engaged by the CEO and VC in May 2021 for a 6 month Managed Service solution accountable for all critical hires across Sales, Project Management, Operations, Product Management, Finance and HR functions. Mandated to also build and train a high functioning recruiting team and capability as we transitioned the service back to Lengoo to run inhouse.
